Charged cancellation fee for no line of sight.

When my daughter moved, she was informed she could move her dishnetwork for free. But when they tried to get a line of sight for the dish, they could not guarantee a signal. We sent the equipment back, they charged a cancellation fee of 186.00 because they can't get a signal at her new address. Called customer service and abib would only say we are bound by contract. I very seldom get anyone that can speak english, wish we had read more about them earlier. I told him that it was not our fault that they could pick up a single, but he would just say bound by contract, would you like a slurrpee with that.
