Dish Network-First sevice tech did not install Sattelite Dish correctly ! Worked for 2 days before we had to call for someone to come out.

Moved 2 months later, transferred service, big mistake! It took 4 Techs to come out before I had service, each time there was 1 to 2 weeks before someone could come out. Attempted to get out of contract. I was told I would be given a $60.00 credit for all the problem I had, plus I did not have service for about a moth. I inquired about the credit because I twas not on the account. I was then told It would be spread out over 10 months! $6.00 per month. I called to cancel & was told my credit card would be billed immediately! I requested from the manager to send me a copy of a signed contract, who was less professional the Customer service! He was loud & not helpful, he said it would be a couple of weeks before I would receive it, but they are charging my Credit card now for $200.00 ! They contract out through AT &T, bundling your account is the wrong thing to do with them.Manager name is Jerry Rodriguez

Ive had nothing but trouble with them since i got the dish. they charge me worng all the time and service is horrible and the customer service person told me to climb on the roof to see if squirrels ate thro the wires and i told him i was 7 months pregnant and he didnt care! they are all very rude and dont care about their customers!!!!
