called back again.I got on the phone w/ Patrick McCormick.

First, I could easily understand and hear him. ( I wear a hearing aid). one half hour later he had cleared up both of my problems (inclluding setting up my new remote). After the last few mishaps with Dish I was ready to cancel.

(Have been with Dish since early 90s in Palm Coast, Fl and didn't want to do that) Because of Mr mccormick I will continue with you. Also I have continued with Dish even though I pay almost twice as much as your new customers, which I intend to look into....Please acknowledge Mr. McCormicks excelent customer service skills and knowledge of my TV.

Buy yourself an antenna and get free tv over the air.Get one that plugs into the wall as they are better.

They will say something like "signal booster" or such which means you will receive more channels.Why put up with lousy service from Dish?
