Dish Network - 1 hour after I dialed you, I was really pissed. Have been sick in bed for a week w/o TV and no one could help. Even after four hang ups or problems with your phone I still contained myself and
called back again.I got on the phone w/ Patrick McCormick.
First, I could easily understand and hear him. ( I wear a hearing aid). one half hour later he had cleared up both of my problems (inclluding setting up my new remote). After the last few mishaps with Dish I was ready to cancel.
(Have been with Dish since early 90s in Palm Coast, Fl and didn't want to do that) Because of Mr mccormick I will continue with you. Also I have continued with Dish even though I pay almost twice as much as your new customers, which I intend to look into....Please acknowledge Mr. McCormicks excelent customer service skills and knowledge of my TV.
