I cancelled my Dish service. I have an early termination fee of $380 that Charter will pick up.

My Dish service was disconnected June 16. It is now July 23, another billing cycle, they acknowledged my equipment return. Keep getting conflicting info from representative about when I will get the final bill. The "corporate office" is just the same customer service line.

They are dragging out this process to make it hard for me to get my reimbursement.

The customer service agents were rude, even saying they were "losing" the conversation. They lied about when I would be receiving my bill and gave me the hard sell for the cancellation.

Monetary Loss: $380.
