We have the cheapest plan. When we start consistently watching one or two movie channels for a couple weeks. They get blocked. Currently every movie channel is blocked. Our 48 inch wide screen is reduced with a 6 in graybar on each side.

I called Dish support on a matter related to one of my receivers. I was told that I qualify for a free upgrade to a Hopper. So I talked to one of the representatives and was told that I woud have to pay $100 for the upgrade. How is that free? Needless to say I didn't get the upgrade.

I'm a current customer and DISH sucks ! I have no local channels which i am paying for. The DVR does not work right. In every way possible ! Every time there is a cloud in the sky my channels freeze. And I can go on with more problems ! Expect a call from me this week to cancel !
