This company should be avoided at all costs. Not only were they sued for charging people without their knowledge but they also don't care about their customers after not getting a bill for months then paying the balance when I finally got a bill.
I didn't even receive the channels I paid for after I reduce my service to my original contract. Two and half hours on hold no answer and got put into loop of constant hold. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Attempts to talk to a supervisor to resolve got avoided.
Don't think anybody is in charge. Stock seems to have a lot of insider trading too.
