I HAVE GONE TO THE OFFICE ALL I HEAR IS WE HAVE NO REASON ITS AN ERROR WE WILL HAVE YOUR SERVICE ON IN 4 HOURS OR LESS WITH OUT ANY CHARGES , YOU WOULD THINL AFTER A YEAR THEY WOULD HAVE THIS PROBLEM SOLVED.NOT !!!!!!!!

THEY SAY WE WILL CALL YOU AHH THE CALL I NOT RETURNED. WIND STREAM CALLS WITH THE APOLIGY.BUT YET WE ARE UNDER A TWO YEAR CONTRACT THAT WE CAN NOT GET OUT OF BUT OUR SERVICE IS SEVERELY SEVERLY @@@#### BAD . THEY DO NOT DISCOUNT MY BILL TO ANY EXTENT. IT IS ONE OF THE WORST TELEVISION SEVERICES WE HAVE EVER HAD .

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND YOUR SERVICES TO MY WORST ENEMY .EVER TIME IN RAINS OR THE WIND BLOWES WE HAVE LOST OUR SERVICE.

You do know if it rains hard enough any satellite tv service is gonna *** out no matter what the customer service representative tells you. You should check your signal strength in your box and make sure it's full.
