Our internet went because the modom broke again. We are seniors and not techie so I begged to have a tech come out.

They refused and told us we had to figure it out on our our own. They promised a new modom in 3 days. It took 5. We tried to set it up and became EXTREMELY upset when after we finally got a human on the phone she told us we were to fix it ourselves.

She did stay on the line while my 70 year old disabled husband struggled to get the plug into a wall socket behind a huge antique wooden desk. He had to crawl on top of the desk and force his arm down between the wall and desk. After 40 minutes of trying he finally got the thing plugged in and it didn’t work.

So NOW I have to try to get home from work in time for them to fix their faulty equipment plus I’m unable to use the internet and paying not to use it. I am truly DISGUSTED with dish
