I don't know what happen to them but in the last 2 months their service went straight in the toilet. Public/ local channels stop working.

Then DVR stopped and all my saved shows/ movies disappeared. They said i needed a new upgraded box which would cost me. Tried to get out but said i sign 2 yr contract. Never, i move every yr cause i don't want to be tied down.

So i would have to pay a big cancelling fee.

Really not worth the cost to have or the cost to get out of. All customer service call go to India, hard to understand accent.
