TV KEPT SHOWING MESSAGES AND GOING OFF AIR.DISH SAID IT WAS BECAUSE OF FAULTY EQUIPMENT AND IT NEEDED REPLACED.

THE 'TECHNICIAN' SAID TO INITIAL HIS ELECTRONIC PAD TO SHOW HE HAD INSTALLED EQUIPMENT SO TO BE PAID. HE ASSURED US THIS WAS NOT A 24MO CONTRACT. WE CHANGED TO DIRECTV AND DISCOVERED IT WAS A 24MO CONTRACT, EVEN THO IT SAID FOR 'SERVICE'. DISH BILLED OUR CREDIT CARD TWO TIMES FOR EARLY TERMINATION AND THE CARD COMPANY GOT INVOLVED.

THEY WILL SCAM TO GET CUSTOMERS AND LIE TO KEEP THEM.WE WERE LONG TIME CUSTOMER WITH TWO ACCOUNTS.
