Waiting for Dish customer service is similar to fishing with a live minnow on a dry creek bed. No results, and stinks after waiting 10 hours.
Lack of professional ethics. We will be leaving Dish network, to rot in ***. Excuses are like ***, everybody has one. I waited 10 hours, for someone to show up after, after a scheduled appointment.
Thank goodness for Telephone co-ops. Do the technicians of Dish really care? Hoping the company goes in the drink. Absolutely no adherence to customer communication.
A company too big to meet the needs of their customers. Since I need to post at least 100 words on this blog, Dish Network, Direct TV, AT & T , and any other Broadband suckers, equal access means everyone, not just those in highly populated areas.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with channel selection and stated that there is a room for improvement of internet service and no follow through on customer rep promises. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of dish network customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $800. Dish Network needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
