Disconnected Dish account in my sister's name. Wanted to put the account in my name and it is my home.
It was a nightmare to deal with the sales team. One sales person had the nerve to call me "sweetheart" and "dear"??? Excuse me? I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told that I could not be a Dish customer until my sister's equipment was returned for 30 days!!
No TV for a month plus in my home and hours of confusion on the telephone with Dish. Comcast is being installed in my home tomorrow. I live in a development with 32 homes. Out of those homes only 2 dishes left.
I think that says a lot. It has been the worst customer experience ever.
