Never have i been more dissatisfied with a company. Lightning hit their equipment 2 times blew 3tvs they say its not their fault yet teck came out and said it was.

Will not replace tvs or their equipment and will not restore service charging cancellation fee and 12$ to return equipment. We paid for insurance on their Equipment. I dont recoment this company and feel we have been disrespected by all of their employees. Be ware of their pratices.

And to let everyone know if you get a rouk box and internet you get way more services all for infomercial channels and a lot more pleasurable watching experience. Their are so many free services for tv out their that it seams a shame people are paying for sub servicesfrom a company that does not care and just wants to take your money.
