DISH WONT come and check my modem. it goes out all the time.

it went out seven times today. i was told thaht my service would be turned off today and i sent in my bill payment and they got it on the fourth. the manager had told me i had a fifteen day grace period after the tenth. my pages wont stop rolling and they claim it is someone in dish network doing it.

my email systems are being hacked into and nothing wont stop. they cuoldnt find our account. and others said they could. one said they had all my info they needed and other said they didnt.

when they came to put it in they didnt put the pole in the ground rite and had to get a tech to come redo it. it was causing our tv to stay out all the time.

they were to slow down my internet when data was running out. they turned it all the way off and i got told by the manager that wasnt to happen.
