The dish rep installed the equipment and briefly reviewed the usage and programming. He then asked me to sign electronically for two signatures-one-installation and two-the two year agreement.
He could not print out a contract and i could not as this is a remote location and no internet service. Upon my return home i printed the agreement and also found two emails indicating i requested a tech service plan and a separate plan for identity protection and both companies had my credit card which they would charge for payment. dish service insisted they don't give out client card #'s !!
Dish is a predatory company --just look at the thousands of complaints ---To All----BE AWARE !!-----CW Renegar. New York
