After being with Dish for almost 20 yrs and never missing a payment this is how I was treated.
I was forced to upgrade to 3 New receivers and when asked to sign a smart phone all I got to see was a line to sign on, I asked what I was signing and was told by the tech that it was just to show that he had installed the equipment,
The very next day I received an email showing I had signed a new agreement or contract Dish doesn't want to call it a contract and now the receivers are under a lease forever to them. I owned the receivers that they replaced Dish said I could buy the new receivers for 99.99 each (3) almost $300.00 and on top of that the tech took one of old receivers and the old antenna with him when he left. This was my property
Yes I think he stole my property ! ! !
Below is he new agreement that I didn't know that I signed for.
