Dish is the worst company in America and have been voted that title 3 consecutive years a few years back. They have bad CSR's that don't care about the consumer.
Most of them have no knowledge of the equipment they are trying to troubleshoot. They were voted the worst company to work for because they treat their employees poorly. Now they have Smart Home Services to try and drain every last cent from their customers. Smart Home Services are a complete ripoff.
They are selling you a screen cleaner that is less than $3.50 on Amazon for $15. Just because you make it convenient for a customer because you have it on-site doesn't mean you get to rip them off. Their own techs are force to push these product onto customers or fear termination. They are required to sell $16 worth of stuff at every job-site.
In meeting with techs, sales are pushed more than customer service and that's the wrong order.
Shame on you Dish Network , or Dish or whatever your name is now.

The most disappointing in user's experience was failure of receiver features. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
