I set up service with dish network using my debit card, right after the phone call i check my account and they took out $143 more than what the price i was told over the phone would be.

I called dish back and demanded a refund and i cancelled installation.

I asked them to send me a cancellation e-mail to send my bank so the funds would be available for me to use right away, after about 7 calls and transfered to about 5 different people they agreed to send me an email that day, this was two weeks ago still haven't gotten the email, it was *** trying to get the refund back, the kept asking me to return the equipment but i never had any installed. Got my money back eventually and I've been encouraging people to stay away from dish network.
