I had dish for two years. After the first year we moved.

Upon reconnecting the dish system at our new home the technician was rude and said if u don't like me than reshedule. I called to complain and the rep said, Oh well he is leaving our company, he found another job.

Our contract is complete, so I called to cancel the network and the rep was rentlentless, he kept trying to talk me out of not cancelling even after I asked to talk to a supervisor. His name was Erik and because of him, I would never subscribe to Dish again.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of dish network cancellation policy. Dish Network needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
