Don't understand how they can remove channels and charge the same?

Dish sucks. I regret getting this *** service.
They better get this fixed soon because I am talking to other providers along with MANY people I know. 2 weeks+ is far to long! We need our bills adjusted and lowered during this time and again, they need to get it fixed very soon or it will be a moot point as we will have another provider.
