DISH Network charged me for a sevice they said on the phone would be for free.
I only had my DISH Service for two weeks and the remote controller stopped working.They said that this happens sometimes and said they could send me a new ones but would take about 5 day.
I told them that I needed a new controller that weekend for all the racing programs I was to record. They said they could overnight it and said it would be free. The next bill had a $20 extra charge for the overnight. They would not remove the charge.
They said that they could *** $10 dollars, but I wanted them to *** the whole $20.Poor customer service is the bottom line.
