Dish basically blew us off. Their service man who hooked up our tvs was a nice guy and told us he knocked our vent loose in the attic.
It's an honest mistake and he could have hid it but was being a good person. But it's been 3 months of them saying they'll send paperwork out! We have to fill it out! And then they will fix it!
He accidentally knocked it loose, he and they have the info. No papework has ever arrived. It's winter now and I'm paying more to heat the attic wich doesn't warm up my kids.
Customer service only exists to get your money. They could care less about you!
