Dish Network is the worst tv service in the world....They took 420.00 dollars out of my account for a early termation fee....After they also sent the bill to collctions....I then get them to restart my service with the promise that the rest of my money would be put back into my account....7 days later still no money I call they tell me they just put the money onto my account and never refunded the money and that if i wanted them to refund the money it would take another 7 buisness day for the money to come back on.....When i was talking to the supervisor i ask for a number of someone higher then her to discuss my issue she tells me that SHE is the highest up that it goes and that there is NOONE else that I can speak to...Because i wanted to make sure that the money was really being put into my account....After telling me this the last thing she say to be is you cant stand here and watch me do my job i cannot prove nothing to you......And then tell me im being very unprofessional and hang up on me
