I called to get prices. The person I spoke to was very rude and short with me.
I told him i didnt want a credit check run until we decided to go with DISH. He put me on hold without acknowdeling my question and then gave me a sarcastic answer when he came back. He then yelled at me because he said someone was pushing the buttons. I was on my cell but i did not hear any noise.
Ive decided to pay the higher amountcand go with Time Warner Cable. Their Customer Service providers know how to treat people.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Dish Network. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Dish Network to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
