My 92 year old mother had been a Dish customer for many years. In Oct.2013 she had to leave her home.

I live 2000 miles away from her I tried to disconnect her Dish, Dish continued to bill her credit card Oct 2013 to April 2014. April 2014 I traveled the 2000 miles to handle my mother business I called Dish to disconnect, by that night Dish was turned off at my mother s house. I paid her bill from Oct 2013 to April 2014 even no one was in her home during that time. Dish being greedy continued to bill her credit card for May and June 2014.

This company is dispicable, detestable they cheat old people. Dont allow them to cheat your older family members.
