Dish sent me to collections yet they have not provided proof of undpaid movies beginning in Feb 2011. I just want proof that I haven't already paid for them.

I've paid for service and equipment return chargess. I'm just waiting for a detailed statement of charges and payments. How come they didn't include these charges until after I discontinued over 2 years of service to Dish? I find this to be fraudulent, to say the least.

Their customer service didn't know why I was billed.

THey dont' reply to email either. I just want answers.
