I had service scheduled to be installed on 5/28/15 i ordered at 1200pm go home saw a discount card for a 25.00 gift card called back (6:00pm) same day as ordering and was told by 3 different people from dish that since i didnt use code upon getting service i could not get 25.00. I said i dont have service yet if you want to loose a potential customer before i have service for 25.00 you are *** we guess what happened thay are ***.

Ill keep giving direct tv my momey.

Customer service always outways *** dumb servive reps like i got from dish. Well they loss i will never refer or soghn up with them again
