We call to switch from direct TV, they promise 150 dollar gift master card, to call the next day, we had the installation done today, we call loyalty line and ask for the 150 we spoke with a representative for 30 min he spoke with someone else and got an approval he transfer us to product specialist to have the 150 gift card send to us, all ready on the phone for 40 min. The rep we got transfer to didn't know anything and denied the card, didn't wanted to transfer us to a supervisor finally we waited for a supervisor now 50 min on the phone we explain the situation and came out with *** excuses so very disappointed I will never reefer this service to anyone.
