I just became a customer with dish, where I bundled to get my internet which is a century link service.
I told them from the beginning that I did not have a phone jack in my house for the internet, and they told me that it was NO problem they would have 1 installed free of charge, I was told 4 different times on 4 different dates that I called that they would take care of the situation, and apologized that they had dropped the ball AGAIN. I was promised by today that I would be all set up,,,ONCE AGAIN nothing !!!
I called and demanded the highest in authority supervisor, and explained this too them and they told me that theres nothing that they can do, and that I would have to hire an electrician to hook up and install a phone jack into my house,,,WTH???
NOW,,,YES DISH DID CREDIT MY BILL MAJORLY IN THE PAST BECAUSE OF THIS SITUATION, BUT NOW.....THEY JUST DONT CARE AT ALL !!! SO ...what do I do here ??? Do I sue their ***'s or ???
