Payment was one day past due, they turned off service. My payment had been set up by me to be paid by my bank on the due date.

The bank did not do it as scheduled. For some reason there is no Grace period and then I was told I have a Pay In Advance account which I have no idea what that is! I would never agree to such a set up so I know it was never mentioned to me when I got the service.. I told them to change me to a regular account and they say they "CAN'T".

WTF? Is this even legal??

I cant stand this company, their equipment is crap, the program guide interface is archaic and horrible to use, the customer service is *** poor and I can NOT WAIT TO BE RID OF THESE JERKS ! I HATE DISH NETWORK!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Dish Network Tv Package.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: drop service without penalty.

I didn't like: Equipment, Dishonesty regarding account, Payment.
