I live in SW Florida and after Irma passed through I waited several weeks then called and they still can not fix problems.Comcast working, neighbors with direct tv working.

Waited two weeks for service tech. Kept rescheduled day after appointment, worst customer service ever. I know they are rated worst company to work for and it shows in their lack humanity. Very rude customer service.
