Dish Network turned our service off 8 days early and then charged us $40.00 to turn it back on. They admitted they were in the wrong, but charged us anyway.

Their customer service is very poor. We would not recommend them to any one and will be sure through word of mouth to see that they get no new customers. We will be taking down the dish and using it for fireworks on the 4th of July.

They wanted to charge us $100.00 to take down the dish. We paid our bill faithfully for 2 1/2 years yet they treat us like we were bad customers.

Hello! This is Dan Busa with DISH Network customer support. It sounds as though there may have been some confusion with your disconnection. We do not charge to restore any accounts that were disconnected in error. We also do not charge any reconnection fees to restore an account disconnected due to an actual late payment.
