so for a year now I have been lied to from dish had to keep it for a yr cause there month to month is a lie so I pay my bill and noticed an extra 100.00 taken so I call and was told it was for the extra box I had now I did have an extra box that I was told I could hold on to for a month or so that way I could watch all my movies I had recorded anyways I did sent the box off was told as soon as they get it I will be reimbursed within 24 hrs even on the weekend so I call sunday and was told now its 2 to 3 days and heres the kicker I had a supervisor named pat tell me that i need them as much as they need me by them im so mad if i could have gotten climbed into my phone use your imagination i will be disconnecting dish at the end of the month oh and they took the money off my card without my auth so dish sucks
