I called Dish customer service and asked for a 3 day extension on our bill. It was due on the 17th we asked to pay it on the 20th.
I was on the phone for thirty min. Talked to three different people before they transferred me to a supervisor. Which surprisingly at that time he said, " we would absolutely be able to do that for you and your service will not be interrupted if you pay it on the 20th". So the 17th come around and we have no Dish service.
It's been suspended because the didn't receive our payment. I called Dish and they said they see where I called in and spoke with a supervisor but no notes were made on our account about a payment being made at a later date. They weren't willing to work with us to make the payment on Friday instead of Tuesday. We have been a Dish customer for over 2 years and have had customer service issues in the past but for someone to just sit lie to me, if it's their company policy to not make arrangements that's fine but don't lie!
I am changing networks. Can't stand LIARS!!!
