I was sitting watching a favorite show when all of a sudden there was nothing on the screen except a sign that said Total Signal Loss. I immediately tried to reset it, but to no avail.

I called customer service and was told that it would be at least a week and a half before they could get a service technician out to try to remedy the problem. I asked why the long delay, and was told that that is the way it is. I have been a customer of these morons for 6 years.

I am moving out of state soon and believe me, I am going back to Direct or any one else. These people have NO customer service.

Monetary Loss: $120.

I'm sorry we lost you as a customer. From time to time our technicians will be booked.

When this occurs we can usually put you on a waiting list so if there are openings available you will be notified beforehand.

I do hope this experience hasn't soured you towards our company. We look forward to providing you our best in service in the future.
