Few months back I subscribed for dish and got it installed. we had to move from that apartment as we had issues with that apartment.

The new apartment I am moving in don't have the line of sight. So I am forced to get out of dish. But this is not my fault. Their contract has few lines within brackets that this situation also requires early termination fee.

Since I signed these contracts in the device that technician brought. I did nt look I to the brackets. He just explained me that it is just two year contract. Now I am requested to pay 480 dollars .

If their technology doesn't allows to get reception into my apartment then it is not mg problem. It is their problem.

Monetary Loss: $480.
