Companies like Dish and DirectTV lock you in to these long service agreements, get your credit card information, and then they tell you "too bad, so sad" when you have even the most simple problem. They think you can't cancel early and take your business elsewhere without them getting their money anyway.

Well, despite what they think, they will lose my money and my business without getting another dime from me ever again.

Dish does bad business. I will NEVER use Dish again, and I am doing everything I can to spread the word about how useless Dish's customer service is.
