On demand service sucks! Continually getting a 910 error while trying to watch a one hour tv show!

It's not the internet because movies rented also have to download and they play just fine.

The hopper has reset 7 times after pausing for 10-15 min increments each time! What a joke, locked into a contract until December with a bunch of idiots!

If you are getting a 910 error message, that means the movie has to buffer(you have watched up to the amount that has downloaded.). If your internet is not fast enough, this is not the issue of Dish.

This would be a customer issue, as Dish cannot control your external internet speed, so you would need to contact your ISP, and see if they can make your speed faster. Likely, there would be a charge for a higher package from the ISP if this is available.
