Dish network is not providing services that I have paid for and no longer have. We were without service for 10 days because the leased equipment quit working and we had to connect them two times the get them to send a new receiver.

The service tech that set it up told us to contact them for a new remote because it only function sometimes. We contacted them 3 weeks ago and are still waiting. We have been a faithful customer for many years when we come back from vacation we will be a customer of Direct tv.

=( Too bad Dish we are hoping more people follow us. Poor customer servive just big business.
