I am former dish network subscriber for five years and I had to downsizing my spending for economic reasons and disconnected service last July 2010. It has been close to 9 months and I haven't received refund check (sum of $191.92) yet. I have been calling dish network since Feb 2011 every week. But, every time I call, I am getting same answers which is check has been mailed out, but I have not received check yet.
I am getting really frustrated and beyond mad. I am filing formal complaint to business bureau and consumer affairs, if I don't receive refund check within two weeks.
