I tried to cancel our Dish TV service for 3 days. It can only be cancelled by telephone through their Cancellation Department.(Seriously?) For 3 days, I was put on hold for up to 60+ mins at a time, waiting for someone from this "Fantasy" Cancellation Department to answer.
Time and time again, after waiting & waiting on hold, the phone would get disconnected. I never did speak to anyone in that department, so I don't know if it exists.
Finally, after 3 days of waiting and waiting and waiting, and no satisfactory explanation from customer service, I registered a complaint with the FCC. Hopefully, I'll find out if Dish Network has a Cancellation Department or if it is a FANTASY.
