Called dished made payment arrangements, the representative that took the call said as long as we pay by the 24th our services will not be cut off, well that was a big lie and all dish can say is im sorry! Dish tends to lie to customers and this

wasn't the first think compensation of some sort should be made other than im Sorry!

Dish can not be trusted when calling incompetent representative!

Not a happy customer very dissatisfied!

Just to clarify, you want compensation for being late? Would not paying the $7 late fee this time be enough compensation for you?

Keep in mind, it would be you that would be late, not them. Also, if you have a pay in advance service, then you are only lying for service used, and do not get charged the standard $7 late fee.
