Dish network is incompetent and ***. My roommate has the receiver in her room.

The television or receiver gets stuck on the weather channel and stays there. They refuse to come up with any other solution than unplugging the receiver. They want to charge her to send out someone to fix it. She cannot get up herself and unplug it.

If someone is disabled, this is no solution. They can offer me no other satisfaction. I guess I am an ***. In otherwords, I am stuck with no service on my television.

Shame on them. I just want people to know not to get this service.
