This is a real case.

Dish network lie about the quality of their service. It has problem in snow weather.

I ask about this issue, but they say them sloved this tech issue. Its customer service can not be worse. The bill goes up without notice and charge to your credit card, so never give them your credit and bank account. That is what they do when you sign up the service.

To do yourself a favor, never do business with them. Worst of all, they charge you unbelievable fee and can complete ruin your credit score if you decided to terminate their service.

Your credit score would be ruined if your service is cancelled because you stopped paying your bill and it was cancelled involuntarily, or if you cancel it voluntarily and never pay a cancellation fee or return the equipment, if you are under contract.

If autopay is on your account, just request that it be removed...

There, problem solved. No more money being drafted automatically from the account.
