We called to get dish TV, and wifi.It took around an hour just to get signed up on the phone.

Then, when the modem came in the mail and the phone guy came, they still didn't actually get the wifi working. I literally had to spend another hour on the phone getting that to work. Plus, our hopper keeps clicking off. Now we can't use our wifi on our bedroom TV, cuz the guy put the hopper on the living room setup, which we don't have a TV on yet, ( which the technician new).

So for th$118.00/ month we are supposed to pay, I really think that all this should have been taken care of by the company.

I have spent way to much time trying to figure out stuff for you.This is a crappy deal.
