We had this awful company for 2 years. On auto pay and never missed a payment.
In December our box started acting up and losing signal with no storms in the area. We called to have a tech come out to realign the dish and check the box. They never showed. We called and had Directv put in for $80 less a month and cancelled Dish.
We mentioned the tech not showing. They said they didn't feel we needed a service call because we didn't complain when it started happening.
On top of that we had to pay to return the boxes. I will never recommend this company.
