I had to cancel service due to loss of job. I have been paying 5.00 a month for 10 months hoping to find a new job with no luck.
Spoke to customer service manager after being put off for 30+ minutes. Explained that I wanted to pay disconnect fees but in 3x monthly payments. He refused to take my money to settle my debt and said it would go to collections if not paid in full. Rep is in Philippines not American so they have no clue as to what's going on.
Again, I was willing to pay the total amount in 3 monthly payments and the supervisor refused. You would think they would want payment rather than loosing money but I guess big business is not that smart.
