Dish Network - Worst customer service EVER!

After only having Dish for a little over a month I called customer service. First I was on hold 46 minutes. Selected new service was transferred being assured I'd get a person, held for 12 minutes. Called new service again was one hold 6 minutes then given another number. Finally talked to customer service. I asked why I don't have a channel I was told I would have, they don't carry the channel. Question 2 where is the Google mini I was promised that would ship 2 weeks after installation, it takes 6/8 weeks was reply. Asked where is the 100.00 gift card, you'll need to call another number for that. Bottom line if you're thinking of getting Dish my suggestion is DON'T!!

Dish Network - Worthless as tits on a boar hog

Dish customer service people suck all they can do is say I’m sorry ! I switched to direct tv they are awesome stayed with dish 13 years never missed a Payment. When it came time for service on a bad tailgater antennae they just walked Away from a customer of 13 years no help no service . *** you dish network !!!!!!!

Dish Network - Horrible hate dish do not ever get it!!!!!

Every single day your tvs go off air for 5 minutes or more for quote (updating) not just 1 tv each tv always at an important time of the day absolutely hate them can not wait for contract to END i will be back with direct tv in a heart beat!!!!

Dish Network - Stone walled incompetence

Tv goes out several times each day . The hopper is defective, the joey is defective and they will only answer the phone if you want to sign up for this worthless "service " . They deserve a class action suit for non performance.

Dish Network - Not even raining

I have waited for my favorite show- the season premiere to come on and of course dish says “Signal Lost!” It is a bit overcast- but it is not even raining!!! I am sick of them and charging me $200 a month for shotty service. If you are going to charge so much- you need to figure out some upgraded technology! Yoy suck dish!!!
