Dish Network - Not even raining

I have waited for my favorite show- the season premiere to come on and of course dish says “Signal Lost!” It is a bit overcast- but it is not even raining!!! I am sick of them and charging me $200 a month for shotty service. If you are going to charge so much- you need to figure out some upgraded technology! Yoy suck dish!!!

Dish Network - Angry at Coopersburg, Pa

Had Dish for 3 yrs. Every evening we lose service. Snow, wind, rain, or too much sun? It is beyond awful. Cancelled service today and I was pressured to hear sales pitch after being transferred 3 times. Now I have to pay UPS fees of 15.00 per box to send receiver to Texas because "there are no drop off points . Just aeful in Coopersburg, PA. Don't get Dish.

absolutley horrible customer service for a valued customer . BS called 3 times all i kept seeing was a black screen 4 times i had to climb on roof to bang snow off dish due to tech. told me thats the best place for dish ! no compensasion or deals nothing just a short time discount on and high package so i can pay more money! see what happens when my contract is up

If it is as old as you say, likely you’ll need an HD receiver upgrade, which means a new antenna. That also means not a plug and play.
