Purchashed a new 58" Haier tv. Had a 52" Toshiba.
Both tv 1080, picture on new tv will not pixelate properly. Was told I would have to PURCHASE a new box BUT, because of band width tvs only truly recieve 720 signal. Customer service is never knowledge able of their own product. I had to Google how to program my dish remote to my tv as dish cs said they had no code when in fact they do.
Not to mention no one speaks fluent English, your all calling God knows where. If not for being on a fixed income dish would be history.
