No television reception here at home. Got Dish TV.

Had to pay $20 extra for local service. $69 a month. Now increased to $30 a month. No service for weeks, still billed $120 a month.

Cant reach Customer Service to change, always on hold. Its a breach of contract, not a smoke screen barage or patronizing opportunity. When is the customer right anymore. Reps barely understand English its futile to even try talking to them.

Info ads say go online. DuH.

Since, I have disconnected my services. Returned my equipment over a month ago, and still no final bill.
